Paimnt — Our Biggest Release Yet! Released from the 22nd April 2026

This is a big one.

Over the past four months we’ve been heads down building the features that matter most to running a smarter, more profitable venue. Today’s release brings a brand new Dashboard, a completely rebuilt Accounts module, a full Promotions engine, Stock Control, a Customer module with Loyalty and Member Types, Customer Facing Devices, Bistro Tables, gaming integrations, and a stack of other improvements — all landing together in a single update.

Some of these are included in your existing licence. Others are optional add-on modules — we’ve labelled them clearly throughout so you know exactly what you’re looking at. If anything catches your eye, get in touch and we’ll get you sorted.

We also have many plans to continue to improve these new features — so expect these features to grow from here!

📊 Dashboard

Free for the first 12 months — activation required. To activate your Dashboard, email help@paimnt.co and we’ll switch it on.

The Dashboard gives you a live view of your venue’s performance from any device — desktop or mobile — without pulling a single report. Check in from the office, from home, or from your phone while you’re on the floor.

Build any deal, discount, bundle, or voucher directly in Paimnt HQ — on top of the happy hours and time period promotions already available.

What you can build:

• Happy Hours — Set a time window and a price rule. It fires automatically, every time
• Time-period promotions — Monthly specials, weekend deals, event pricing — scheduled and self-managing
• Member-only deals — Trigger discounts or special pricing based on loyalty tier, member age, or membership type
• Bundles and multi-buy offers — Set price actions across matched item combinations with AND/OR filter logic
• Vouchers — Issue at the till, attach to a member, redeem by scan or code, or trigger automatically when an offer condition is met

🏦 Accounts

Add-on module

Accounts has been rebuilt from the ground up. Faster, cleaner, and built around how venues actually run tabs and house accounts.

• Account Groups — Organise accounts together with auto-reconciliation and auto-reset on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule
• Link accounts to members — Multiple members to one account, or one member to multiple accounts
• Account statements — Generate statements for billing with a clean account ledger
• Payments in HQ — Take and refund account payments directly in HQ

🛒 Stock

The Stock module is your venue’s inventory control centre — directly connected to your product catalogue. As sales are made, stock deducts automatically.

• Stock locations with draw-from rules
• Stocktakes with live count sheet and corrective movements
• Hand-held counting device support (Paimnt Duku)

Hold kitchen tickets as a group orders and arrive, then fire the whole table at once. The kitchen sees the full order and can prepare and serve the table together.

🔌 API Integrations — Wirely & NEXT Payments

Add-on module

Wirely API now includes discount, cost, tip, and date-range filtering. Extended Z-read, member, and transaction endpoints for Eagle i360 and Concilio. API rate limiting for stability.

⚙️ Also in This Release

• Bulk Product Retagging — Assign or remove tags across products in bulk
• Product Instructions with Bulk Assign — Create instructions in HQ and assign to multiple products at once with priority ordering
• Price Change Tool — Make bulk price changes with scheduling, approvals, and rollback support
• Offline Mode for Secondary Tills — Basic sale operations continue when a secondary till loses connection to primary
• Report Improvements — Significant fixes applied across all reports, plus new reports added
