Quick Steps: Set Up a Stock Location

Go to HQ → Site Locations → Edit Details

Click Here For Workflow
  1. Go to HQ → Site → Location
  2. Find or create the location
  3. Click ⋯ → Edit Details
  4. Tick Stores Stock
  5. Set Draws From → this location (or a stock location)
  6. Click Save

  1. Go to HQ → Products tab → Products page
  2. Choose your product and double-click the product
  3. Scroll to Stock
  4. Set Stock Type → Counted or Derived
  5. Click Save

  1. Go to HQ → Stock tab → Stock Takes page
  2. Click New Stock Take
  3. Select locations
  4. Click Create
  5. Double-click a location to begin entering counts
  6. Click Finalize when complete

  1. Go to HQ → Stock tab → Stock Invoices page
  2. Click New Stock Invoice
  3. Enter distributor, invoice number, invoice date, delivery date, location
  4. Add products with cases, units, price, and tax
  5. Add freight, discount, or adjustments if needed
  6. Click Finalise once totals match the supplier invoice

Go to Stock Locations → Transfer Stock

Click Here For Workflow
  1. Go to HQ → Stock tab → Stock Locations page
  2. Click Transfer Stock
  3. Set From and To locations and a reason
  4. Add product rows with quantities
  5. Click Submit
