Quick Steps: Set Up Staff & Roles

  1. Go to HQ → Staff → Roles and create or review roles.
  2. Go to HQ → Staff → Staff and select + Add Staff.
  3. Enter staff details (code, name, PIN, password), then switch Enabled on.
  4. Open the staff record → Permissions, then choose a Role.
  5. Use Bulk Edit for quick updates across multiple staff.
