Issue: Counts aren’t updating on some tills

Try this:

  1. Check that the primary till is powered on and connected to the network
  2. Verify the IP address hasn’t changed (if you’re not using a static IP)
  3. Make sure the primary till is connected to its own Available Serves service
  4. Restart the tills that aren’t syncing

Issue: Count didn’t go down when I sold an item

Try this:

  1. Confirm the item has a serve count set (check the button shows a number)
  2. Make sure you completed/finalized the sale (not just added to cart)
  3. If it’s a recipe item, check that the ingredients have counts set

Issue: Count didn’t go back up when I cancelled an order

Try this:

  1. Close and reopen the till app to refresh
  2. Check the primary till connection status
  3. If still incorrect, manually adjust using Add/Subtract

Issue: Recipe item showing wrong availability

Try this:

  1. Check each ingredient’s current serve count individually
  2. Verify the recipe is set up correctly in Back Office
  3. Remember: The system uses the lowest ingredient count

Issue: I can’t set a serve count on a product

Try this:

  1. Make sure the product has a button on your till keyboard
  2. Check that your keyboard includes a number pad component
  3. Reload the till after making keyboard changes
