Troubleshooting: Configuring Staff & Roles

Having issues with staff & roles? Find solutions to common problems below.


Problem: I can’t click Create when adding staff

Solution:

  • Confirm all required fields are filled.
  • Make sure Enabled is switched on if your environment requires it for activation.
  • Confirm a Role is selected in the Permissions section.

Problem: A staff member can’t access a feature they need

Solution:

  • Check which Role is assigned on the staff record (Permissions).
  • If the role is correct, review the role’s permissions under HQ → Staff → Roles.
