  • Split Payment: One customer using multiple payment methods
  • Split Bill: Multiple customers each paying for their portion of a shared bill

Q: How do I cancel a sale?

More Information

About payment receipts and sales

When you open certain payment functions (like Split Payment or Split Bill), the system creates a payment receipt. A single sale can have multiple payment receipts if payments are taken in separate sessions or splits. The sale remains open until fully paid, but individual receipts finalize when you close their respective windows.
