Priority
The Priority page controls the order that your Happy Hours and Time Periods promos are applied when multiple promos could qualify for the same sale at the same time.

How priority works
When a sale qualifies for more than one Happy Hours or Time Period promo simultaneously, Paimnt applies the one that sits highest in your priority list — not all of them. This page is where you control that order.
Example: A customer buys a beer during Happy Hour (4–6pm Mon–Fri) on a day that also falls within a “Beer of the Month” Time Period. Both promos match. The Priority list decides which one applies. If Happy Hour is higher in the list, Happy Hour wins.
Note: Priority only applies to Happy Hours and Time Periods promos. Discount-Focused offers are managed separately through Offer Groups.
How to set the priority order
- In HQ, go to Promotions → Priority
- All promos created in Happy Hours and Time Periods appear here automatically
- Use the drag handle on each row to reorder the list — highest in the list = highest priority
- Press Save (top navbar) to save your order

Recommendation: Place Happy Hour promos higher (earlier) in the list than Time Period promos. Happy Hours are more specific (time + day + date range) and should take precedence over broader date-range campaigns.
Tip: If a newly created promo is not showing in the list, press Refresh in the top navbar to reload.
