Paimnt BUMP

Paimnt BUMP is a Kitchen Display System (KDS) that replaces paper dockets with a live digital display. It gives your kitchen a clear, real-time view of every order β€” reducing errors, speeding up service, and keeping front-of-house and back-of-house perfectly in sync.

What is Paimnt BUMP?

When an order is placed on Paimnt POS or through Paimnt QR, it appears on the BUMP screen instantly. Kitchen staff can see every active order, track their status, and bump them off as they’re completed. No paper, no lost dockets, no guessing.

Key Features

Live Digital Order Display

Every order from POS and QR appears on the BUMP screen the moment it is placed. The display updates in real time as orders are added, modified, or cancelled.

Heatmap Display

BUMP includes a heatmap view that visualises service flow β€” highlighting where orders are building up so the kitchen can prioritise effectively.

Order Filtering and Status Tracking

Filter orders by course, category, or preparation station. Track the status of each order from received through to completed.

Fully Integrated with Paimnt POS

BUMP receives orders directly from POS β€” no separate setup or manual entry. Everything that is ordered on the till or through QR appears on BUMP automatically.

Reduces Human Error

Handwritten dockets are hard to read under pressure. BUMP displays orders clearly and consistently, reducing misreads and missed items.

Who Uses Paimnt BUMP?

Kitchen and bar staff use BUMP as their primary order management tool during service. Front-of-house staff can also reference BUMP to check the status of orders. Managers configure and monitor BUMP from Paimnt HQ.
