Paimnt HQ

Paimnt HQ is the cloud-based management platform at the centre of your entire Paimnt system. It is where you build and manage your menu, configure your devices, control stock, review sales, manage your team, and run your reports β€” all from a single browser-based platform accessible from any device, anywhere.


What is Paimnt HQ?

While Paimnt POS is the system your front-of-house team uses to take orders and process payments, Paimnt HQ is where your managers and back-office team do their work. Everything you set up in HQ flows through to your tills in real time β€” product changes, price updates, promotions, and staff permissions all sync instantly across your operation.

Sales data from every till syncs to HQ the moment a transaction is completed. Review today’s takings, compare performance across locations, and export reports β€” all in real time.

Remote Product and Pricing Management

Add, edit, archive, and organise your entire product list from HQ. Set prices, create price lists, configure sizes, and build your keyboard layout β€” without needing to touch the till.

Stock Control

Manage your stock from end to end β€” set stock quantities on products, raise and receive invoices, perform stocktakes, process transfers, record wastage, and track adjustments. HQ gives your stock a single source of truth.
